What would really be cool is if Dead Air would answer their e-mails from customers and not take 6 months for repairs. At this point, no one should purchase any product from Dead Air.
So they have time to do podcasts, but not enough time to reply to the emails of literally hundreds of owners of Sierra 5s? Odd how they still have yet to truly publicly acknowledge the fact there's a huge issue.
Hey guys, I'm not sure how else to get ahold of you other than hope you see a comment here. I'm having a QC issue and I need a response, I'm teaching a class in a couple weeks and I'd rather not have to switch rifles or suppressors to do so. I have not been able to get a response for about 10 days via email, and I have not been able to contact you via phone. Please let me know how to get ahold of you.
