i worked at a speaker production factory,most the jobs got made into cell operation instead of haveing single department for every operation...it was kinda crazy workin in the cell operation

Hello MBA. They didn't manually centre the magnet. It was centred with the plastic insert when it was turned over. You wouldn't get it much more accurate than that even if you machined mating recesses in the magnets. Then it is only as accurate as the machining and you would still want the insert the plastic "bung" to ensure it was accurate anyway.

私が購入した日本のスピーカーユニットメーカーの最上級品もこうして出来たのだろう。面取りの不備が見つかりクレームを言ったら同じ製品を交換品として送ってきたが、それも同じ個所がミスっていた。それでもう一度電話して同じミスがあると言ったら再度同じ製品を交換品として送ってきた。ところがこれも同じ不良品だったのだ。もう一度メーカーに電話すると責任者が出てくれた。１本２万８千円もする高級ユニットは貴社のフラッグシップモデルですよね。それなのにこんな品質管理もできないのはどうしてなのかと、聞くと中国で製造しているが日本人スタッフがいる時にはちゃんとやるがいなくなると不良品が多く出るという。それならスタッフを常駐させれば良いじゃないですか。それにはコストがかかるからという言い訳が、じゃあ２本で５万円以上も支払った私たちやユーザーは不良品でも我慢しろというのか、それにはただ謝罪するだけでした。 このメーカーとはもうお分かりの方もいるでしょうが、有名なユニットメーカーです。こうした中国で製造した自社製品の品質管理を怠る日本企業が沢山出てきているのが現状です。昔は中国製品は安かろう悪かかろうでしたが、今は高かろうとも悪かろうです。これでは有名メーカーと言っても安心して部品を購入することはできない時代になっているのです。 中国人の安い人件費でコストを抑えて企業の利益を上げようという発想は理解できます。ならば品質管理は日本と同等にしたもらいたいものです。現地のスタッフに任せて半分以上が標準品質から外れていても平気で国内で販売するという企業姿勢がおかしいと思います。今は中国人の人件費も高騰してしまい、さらに政治がらみで企業技術の開示を迫れれてコピー品ならぬ本物を完全に盗まれてしまった邦人企業が沢山います。こうなってやっと目覚めて日本へ戻る企業もありますが、もう手遅れです。中国人はこうした方法で富裕層に成り上がった人数は１００万人をはるかに超えてしまっているのですから、そうして中国人が日本へ旅行に来て、今度は日本の土地を爆買いしているのですから、これも政府が法整備をしっかりしていないから未だに禁止出来ていない。
