Mike I watch your vlogs religiously but don't really comment regularly. It always amazed then that you speak #Chineses so good

I live in Ottawa which is a lot smaller than Chengdu so from your videos I would say there are similarities but we are not as energetic or even as modern as Chengdu and a lot colder in winter but still lots of open space and a nice place to live. I have a Chinese friend with two children who speak Chinese, English and are learning French so similar to you. I told her about your videos and she said you spoke very good Chinese. I am really impressed because you are more gifted than you realize as not many people could do what you have done even though you say it wasn't so hard. No way could I learn Chinese or even live under a bridge.

Mike we have a food called chitterlings here in the US. It is pig intestine You have to Clean them good to get all that stuff out it can take a few hours. I don't think she cleaned them well. enjoyed video

Ah you missed a great opportunity with the pig intestines. Here in the states we call that chitterlings. We eat it with vinegar and collard greens. It's considered a soul food. It's pretty expensive here. The smell scares so many people away. Ignore the smell. Enjoy the taste.

I bet you won't eat that again.Those are called chitterlings here in the US, but they must be cleaned extremely well before eating them and all the membrane a thin lining in the intestine must be removed before cooking.

What did you expect it to taste and smell like Mike, when it is filled with feces, meaning digested food that passes through the intestines out into the sewer. In the US it is called Chitlins. From start to finish that's what it smells like. No matter what you cook it with, to try to cover the odor, you can never escape the smell and taste of dodo. What I mean to say is that from the moment that you slaughter the pig and take out its intestines until the time you eat it it smell lack crap which is what it was filled with for all of the pig's life. People in just about all non-Muslim countries eat that stuff and say that it is delicious. Not me, boy! I could be starving and I wouldn't eat it.
