Don't forget that the number of pumps is based on filling it to the mark. If it's not completely full, you'll need to pump more to compress the extra air. Happy pumping!

Hi I have the same one, and the spray wond does work, it just drips if at all, I have checked everything, and nothing is blocked and it's only my second use, but this problem happened on the first use, I was sent a new cap but it's still the same, any suggestions? Thank you
I suppose the first step is to figure out what is blocked. If you unscrew the lance from the tigger, does water pour out of the trigger when you press it? If so, the blockage must be in the lance or the spray tip. Can you disconnect the tip? In my video I unscrewed the cap on the tip to reveal the white pin holed nozzle; I didn’t try pulling that out but I assume it will. Let me know how you get on and I’ll take a look at mine next time I’m in the garage.
