That is awesome! I haven't eaten a brook trout sense I was young boy in Massachusetts probably in the 70s and I remember it like it was yesterday! Life gives us moments and some stay with us for a lifetime 💕 thank you guys so much for the love and support it really does mean a lot to us!!

I hope you didn’t have to edit out many misses. The shots you did show us were on point. The accuracy of those roller guns is just awesome….leaving 99% of misses to user error. As far as AJs and “trash fish”….eat what you like…food is food.
Yes most trash fish are really good but some how they got a bad rap probably from bad cooks! I didn't shoot at very many fish that day I was hunting but hoping for fish that I didn't see I think I missed 1 or 2 that day!
Very good question and a very important reason. Some fish are going to pull you too your death if you don't kill them on impacts!!!! So a AJ or better known as a Reef Donkey is so strong it will drag you up and get you bent or tangle you up with your line or gear or knock your mask off!! THE POWER and stamina a fish like that has will make you work so hard that you could get to much gas in your blood or get hurt and end in a decompression chamber and or die! Smaller fish can't over power you like a huge Grouper or a pelagic fish that will drag you up too fast and get you hurt! That was a great question Jeff and valuable information my friend 💪👍🤙
