God no. Clean is always best. I couldn't wait for you to cut it off. My misses n I both said you look so much better without it. Mullets are so gross. Lol
As a Tasmanian and an ocean lover I like the fact you don't go in to much detail with the location. Also thanks for the tip with the ab cleaning I'll use it. Hopefully you guys got a dive in on the northwest. The water is very chilly but well worth now the ocean has cleared up due to two major manufacturing plants closing down.
Its important to be a gatekeeper of sorts, I try and protect spots as much as I can whilst filming incase one video ever goes viral. Amazing, unfortunately we didnt but im very very keen to come back to Tassie so perhaps theres my excuse! Thanks for watching
@@WetMammalThanks for the reply. RU-vid didn't notify me. Grrr... Boat Harbour beach and Rocky Cape are to good spots for snorkeling and fee diving. The water is crystal clear on a good day and you may even spot a sea dragon.
Another awesome vid Sam! Another good way I've found to carry a measuring tool is to get the fisheries measuring sticker (the kind people stick in their boat) and cut just the measuring section off and stick it down the length of your gun. I did mine and my partners guns over 2 years ago and the stickers still look brand new! Mind you not sure how you would feel doing it on those beautiful carbon barrels😅
Talking about Urchins’ recipe, there is a very simple way to do it here in Hong Kong… just add a little bit of spring opinion and ginger, then pull boiling oil on it. Now throw away the oil and you have very flavourful urchins to go with rice 😊
That was so good 😂😅 hahaaa, awesome video Sam! Missing the Tassie trip just a bit!! Also that pasta 🤤 hit different after a freezing day on the water!!!! Keep the videos coming 👏 💙
That pasta would have upset most of Italy. Amazing how a few fresh ingredients can make all the other ingredients appear gourmet. Stay tuned for episode 2!
Awesome video mate! I reckon Tassie and the UK definitely have a lot of similarities! I get the same feeling in the sapphire coast too! Rolling green hills, small towns / villages etc.
Lovely video. Takes me back to some camping trips down at Cockle Creek and spending time spearing in St Helen’s almost a decade ago now. Hope to get back soon.
Love every comment this video gets to help with the Algo. She does custom fin art work for people. My very own fins in this video are her incredible creation in collaboration with Sommerso Fins 🤙🏼
Where abouts in Tasmania was this? I just came back from Tas. Toured a fair chunk of the east coast, weather was amazing, ocean looked the same as in your video. Bay of fires rocks , St Helens, Scamander, Bicheno etc. Was wishing i had my boat with me. Back home in Perth W.A now.
@@WetMammal i took photos of the boat ramp in Bicheno near the Lobster Shack. Kept saying to my family look at this, i would launch here so easy😂. Oh well, happy to be home with my boat😊
Could you tell us where it is? Or do you have any other dive spots because i have been looking for a while and cant seem to find any around the east coast thanks mate.
@@WetMammal still not good my wife feeds those thing to the kids ! Self made plaster and I was on my knees I was envious the flavors where sensational until you put that in looked like glug ! Just saying ?
