Being a car audio installer I would have tested the lights before putting the nose cone on.

Yes they might, most of the time they are good to go already but sometimes you would need to readjust the beam.

There's a few missing steps in this video. 1. Pull down and out on sides of bumper when removing the bumper, or you take a chance of breaking the tabs that snap into the quarter panel. 2. Remove metal threaded clips on sides of old headlight and attach to new headlights. 3. Remove rubber gasket from old headlights on sides and apply to sides of new headlights to fill in the gap between quarter panel and headlight. F.Y.I There is no easy way to adjust these headlights in the up/down or left/right position unless you remove the bumper or adjust with headlight off.

Hi, I bought a 2010 Fusion with these installed by the previous owner. One of my low beams burned out and I for the life of me cannot figure out how to pull the bulb assembly out. I see there is a plastic cap and several screws behind both high and low but they won't budge.

I feel like there are mixed messages in the comment section. To make the LED's work at the top you need to wire it, or they just plug into the old harness and work with the rest of the headlight?

have a quick question then..the other video the halo/led wiring install will that video apply to the 10-12 fusion since it looks like in this video we just remove the old headlights and just install these new ones? or is it necessary to make the led work?

There should be two screws behind the headlight housing just turn those to where the headlight beam would be level.

Do these require aiming , thats one reason I just went HId, I am an avid tuner but it seems hwen I adjust headlights can't ever get them just right. If I plug these in do you have to aim the headlight or is it all factory set?

I have installed these on my 2012 Ford Fusion and I fallowed all the steps but 2 weeks later my light went out.

I installed these on my girlfriend's car the high beams shine lower than the low beam. I cannot find any adjustment to change it. I'm very unsatisfied with this product. the factory lights were very easy to adjust and with these I had to remove the inner fender well on the pass. side and air box on the driver side. They are not even close to as bright as the factory lights. I haven't given a negative review yet, but I'm getting very close to doing it. I contacted customer service and they were unhelpful.

Yes they come with those LEDs. Yes that is also correct. No since it is plug and play. you could re-wire it but it would void your warranty.

These head lights should be plug and play. So it shouldn't require additional wiring.

I have a 2010 Ford Fusion and neither of the top projection strips are working and it's not exactly rocket science. This video presents everything on this year/model working w/ simple plug and play and that's definitely not working for me (I saw the clip mid-video saying it might take extra wiring if led/halo headlights), but why make this video misleading like there's not going to take any extra wiring if that's not the case? What gives?

Brent Ellis You will need to wire the LED bulbs. Adding a new function like the daytime running lights that your vehicle does not have you will need to find a power source for the extra LED bulbs. If you watched the complete video and pause it at 3:04 it will explain that you will need to wire the LED bulbs. Find an accessory fuse, and then replace it with a bus fuse, with that original fuse and a new one in which you would wire the lights to. or just find a spare fuse. I know that there are no spare accessory fuses in the engine fusebox
