1Kg Beef Haleem Ingridents :
First Step :
Yellow Split Chickpea Lentil : 350 Gram
(chana Daal )
Wheat ( Gandum ) : 350 Gram
Yellow Lentil ( Mong Dal ) : 150 Gram
Red Lentils ( Masoor daal ) : 150 Gram
Soak in water for 8 to 10 hours
Step : 2
Beef : 1 Kg of Shanks ( Bong )
Water 3.5 Liter
Coriander seeds powder : 2 Tea Spoon
Red Chili Powder : 1.5 Tablespoon
Turmeric Powder : Half Tea Spoon
Salt : 1 Tablespoon or as per your taste
Bay Leaf : 2
Green Chili Paste : 2 Tablespoon
Ginger and garlic paste : 1 Tablespoon
Green Chilli : 2 to 3 small
Cooking Oil : Half Cup
Cooking on high flame for 5 to 7 minute then cook on low flame for 3 to 4 hour until meat full tender.
Step 3 :
Water : 3.5 Liter
Add All Lentils in Water which was soaked
Turmeric Powder : Half Tea Spoon
Green Chilli : 2 to 3
Green Chilli Paste : 1 Tablespoon
Cook On Medium flame for 30 to 40 minute
Then Cool it and Blend all lentils must add 50 percent gravy of meat that we have already cooked in 4 hour.
Step 4 :
Separate beef from gravy after 4 hour then Shredded Beef.
Step 4 :
Add All Shredded Beef in Lentils gravy then mix it very well for 5 minute then Add
Gram Masala : 1 Tea Spoon
Salt : As Per Need
Food Colour : Quarter tea spoon
cook very well for 1 to 2 hour must add remaining gravy during cooking.
Add : Coriander leaves and mint leaves
Fried Onion : 2 to 3 Tablespoon
Hot Cooking oil : 3 To 4 Tablespoon
