You might be able to remove them, and that should probably done in Cannon's case. Judge Cannon is doing her best to make sure Trump is found not guilty by jurors. She is staging the jury rules. Let's hope Jack Smith can appeal this and thereby get her removed from the case. Somebody should check and make sure Trump isn't bribing her with wads of cash. Judge Cannon has done so much more to help Trump. It is far beyond ordinary gratitude.

Because nobody thought of that scenario. I mean nobody would have thought a presidential candidate would be subject to criminal law to beginn with. And when you enter the white house you have an army of lawyers that check every move and warn you about potential conflicts. We simply never thought somebody would be that stupid (especialy when he got subponead by the FBI to give the documents back and he simply ignored it and lied to them)
In my country, a case like this would have gone directly to the high courts where experienced merited and competent judges are appointed to such cases. Think some changes needed there because Trump has used all the weaknesses he could find.

I'm sure it's on the works. He needs a good reason to have her removed and till she make a ruling or decision he can't. That's why he will take it to the appeals court. She has already been told to watch her step by them so if they have to step back in they will remove her themselves and put her on notice that her judgeship is on the line.

I thought it was he 11th circuit and I think even if Jack Smith does not ask for her removal the 11th circuit would remand the case back to be heard by a more experienced Judge

I cannot understand why such an inexperienced trial judge has been appointed to such a high profile and important case. Also, surely it's common sense not to appoint a judge to a case who was appointed as a judge by one of the parties to the case before them. As for a bias, it's hard not to view this judge's numerous decisions in Trump's favour, as ones that were not intended to benefit him. I would have thought, given the widespread outrage concerning her behaviour, that she would have recused herself by now, at least, in order to offer some respect to the judiciary. Her superior's silence, on this, is deafening.
There are all these rules that have prevented that until now. This ding-dong judge's WRONG guidelines to the jury are the proverbial line in the sand. Speaking of sand, I hope this sycophant's career is soon sandbagged!
