@@lumenfirealarms It is, I think Fire Tech is used to Silent Knight and Honeywell brands that when he sees Simplex Systems he doesn’t really like them. It’s his Personal opinion. In my Opinion, I think Simplex Alarms are Great but when Smart Sync and the 4100U came out. They went down hill.
