As soon as I saw the map I realised the compound looks very familiar...

The Milsim is better without the Music playing. In the beginning it's good, but when the Tactics begin on the ground, the suspense without music is Key. Love your vids, just saying, a bit distracting.

the game is soooooo much more intense when the enemy is controlled with a Zeus master, really shows the full potential of ArmA when there's a ton of mods used with great gameplay

This is cool but there’s so much to be improved. You gotta debrief and figure out what went wrong to get better for next time. Without this you’ll be perpetually stuck at this level and won’t get better. Anytime someone dies or gets shot is a learning opportunity to do better. First thing do easier missions. You don’t need 100 bad guys running full 24/7 security with technicals. Many real life SF missions are just clearing mud huts with often no enemy presence and just looking for Intel. Don’t set yourself up for failure. Secondly, take is slow. Take your time. When you start getting the adrenaline dump consciously stop and breathe and look around. This will reset your ooda loop and also ensure situation awareness. You guys need better land warfare tactics. Things like peeling and bounding as well as coordinated L assaults. You need dedicate guys outside the compound maintaining security. This absolutely includes multiple snipers observing and clearing the way for the assaulting elements. I’m surprised you guys didn’t have more air assets for this intense of a mission. The CQB needs improvement. People were not pulling security and finding work to do. I think this really encompasses the whole mission. Seems as though people were so focused on the objective they dropped the ball on the basics such as pulling security. This is why I think it’s important to dial it back and focus on more basic objectives and really dial in the fundamentals and set yourself up for success, then gradually make it more complicated and dynamic once you’re confident in the fundamentals. Otherwise your team is just going to fumble the ball even if you somehow manage to get it in the end zone at the end.

If lasers can be spotted in primitive games like Bf 4, then they sure as all hell can be spotted in ARMA 3. Too many people leaving their lasers on when not needed.

Friendly feedback (read: don't really want to stir a debate, so no problem if you disagree) : I do not mind the term milsim, since the term simulation is super common in gaming, like life sim, business sim, train sim, you name it. But the term realistic always annoys me when it comes to war, military service, life/death, wounds, actual fear and horror in war. Anyway, I feel realistic is an exaggeration of the milsims that I also play. I rez people in a few seconds with virtual duct tape. I survive wounds that would rip me to shreds. We repair vehicles in a minute or two (much better design than silly Battlefield 2042). I suggest using expressions like "this game is a good simulation", "combat simulation", etc.
