This run was really draining to do, imo sub 7 should be doable but I don't want to grind this anymore even though I love scorned magna. His exhaust phase sucks really bad and he always has to go through exhaust phase twice and it just kills the pace of the fight for me, some mons exhaust phase isn't as bad

Thanks! Yeah it discourages me from running him more, the normal quest was a lot more fun but it was in citadel also 🤣

And to think I was proud of myself for beating a 215 Chammy in 9 minutes with 2 palicoes and followers. Granted, I am definitely *not* a speedrunner. This is super impressive and I wish to some day be as good as this

hard thing about switch axe counter is prediction not reaction. Damn to get prepared to counter feel like take an hour

im so s2pid in not activating cpunter when in axemode. i thought i can only use it in sword mode. im cb main and practicing swax for now. thanks for this run

Sorry stupid question, why not use the elemental discharge since amped state was ready? I am relatively new to the mh scene so I don’t really understand

Not really a switchaxe player so I can't say for certain but I imagine you get more damage overall from the phial aftershock damage while the sword is amped vs spamming the elemental discharge, i could be wrong though
