Hell my grandfather spent the last 3 years of his life fighting with the VA to get medical assistance. Man ended up not getting decent treatment until he won 2 million off a powerball ticket and payed for it out of pocket. Of course he found out he had stage 4 cancer and died not long after.

Making grunts, the telltale sign of the anaerobic exercise that is common in the field isn't really something you can hear from 50m away much less 100m. If someone is within 100m of you they aren't really a "sniper" at that point. Modern snipers, and even snipers going back to ww2 and before, shoot from long distances. Too far away to hear sounds like muffled grunting. Maybe if you were shouting in a place that reflected sound like an urban environment it would be an issue. On a windy day, in a small village or field who cares if you grunt a little. It won't attract "snipers"

had someone like this in jail when we were doing our penalty work outs (cube mate was sleeping during count and we all got punished for not waking him up) during the workout we had to count 1 - 10 then say 20 after we count 1 - 10 a second time. 30 after counting 1 - 10 a third time until we got to 50 i think. the dude who went by the name 'silent' didn't understand that concept, and after he kinda got it he didn't know how to count in order. any time he messed up we had to do 30 squats. we had to do like 8 different work outs, remember the name of the workout, then call someone to name a workout that hadn't been done yet in hopes that they knew which ones and also how many reps in the set and how many sets. for example 10 sets of 2 pump push ups. no one wanted to call on silent to name a workout lol but we had to. we probably did like like 3,000 squats that day lol.
