Hello sir, (sorry for long comment) I am Sanjit, a Graphic Designer and a video editor also I do some motion graphics, i created hundreds of designs and videos, I am running multiple ig pages for a company (a group of multiple restaurants) in Goa.. I know social media, but it’s not digital marketing agency, people are here they don’t know how social media works, digital marketing, they just want to see increasing numbers of followers… i know Facebook ads, how to run campaigns, I do video shoots, edit, upload, find new content, reels, content writing, designing for restaurants, ads creation, menus, boards etc. ( one single man ) I just want to do work in an agency I don’t like here’s work environment, but I am getting a package of 3.6 LPA with living and food allowance it’s good for me, but here is no value of my work, I want to work in agencies.. It’s just 8 months since I have joined after 2 years of working as an editor.. what steps should I take for go in agencies or startups should I work here for some years… I am 22 now..
