What's your favourite coffee? I realise this list is far from complete, even for Melbourne (Yes, I have tried and know of other popular roasteries like Padre, Seven Seeds, Five Senses, Sensory Lab, etc) But, I thought I would share some personal favourites, especially when it comes to; What I've been having lately, online presence/subscription options (thanks, 2020!) and of course my bias for specialty + filter roasts..
As someone who works in the industry, I do have my own reservations about different coffee roasteries which I won't disclose, but it's a pretty solid list! And at the end of the day, if you enjoy what you drink then it's all good 👍👍
I knew I shouldn't have clicked on this video.... Thanks Hashem, its now 10:45pm and I just brewed a cup of coffee... I'm going to be up until 3pm... I love Kicking Horse Coffee, Kick Ass, Dark Roast, Whole Bean, Certified Organic, Fairtrade, Kosher Coffee, it goes for about $21-$24 a Kg. That's Canadian dollars. Thanks mate....thanks a lot.
I order stuff from Proud Mary (US) at your suggestion starting a few months ago. I've yet to get anything I didn't like. I usually order from Onyx, Black and White, Roadmap and Sey in the United States.
I think 'Daley St' from Melbourne, - sold at Coles Supermarkets, produce an excellent range. I recommend their 'Intensive 11' that beats all the exotic brands I have tried. Why pay ridiculous prices for 250 grams, when even better can be had for $5.50?
Hey Hashem, I’m looking for a a manual grinder. I’m trying to swap some electrical appliances for manual ones as I don’t really like the fact that when the fail there’s pretty much nothing you can do about it. Do you have anything to recommend?
Hey man, sorry I saw this so late! I have been really liking the 1Zpresso JX, which was actually linked in this video. It's a big step up from something like the original Hario Ceramic Coffee Mill which I also have.
