I can't agree more with every single point of this, this is so important, yet most coaches never talk about these. Angnes really stands out with this. This is basically the solution to the whole SP retrace. 😊👍 This should be all over social media. This would heal so many. Agnes 😊❤️

Great video Agnes, You right and especlly number 6 my boday has thought me that and since then doing your self love ,health ,weight loss meditations,I also liked number 9 and 1 as well .All the this advices are great.I will starte to emplay self care more.
I feel like I’m doing all those things but could do better. What happens if your SP is not receptive to any conversation or time with you and will only say hello awkwardly at the moment. He has pulled away so after being really great now we have zero contact really. I do see him around and it’s tricky so how do I play it. Keep doing me and see what happens? I really want to be friends but it feels like atm he can’t even manage that as he’s working on himself.
Perhaps have a little look at the beliefs playlist and the region playlist and the everyone is you pushed out playlist. These will all reveal more of the puzzle 🧩
My sp was so loving. After 4 years now he is pulling away. When i ask him the reason he gaslights me. It makes lots of anxiety and i cannot get relaxed and dont know what to do.
Work on your self love, relax and as a suggestion stop asking that question. Generate love inside (see the generating love meditation) and let go of trying to get reassurance of love on the outside

What does it mean if your boyfriend tells you they're married to someone else? Is that the same as a third party? If your partner keeps disappearing on you, are you saying you should just be grateful for them anyway, regardless of the behaviour you don't like I find the inconsistency quite unsettling? Should we be grateful if the SP turns up late at night like after 11 pm? If the woman is out working full-time and taking all the financial responsibilities, the woman needs someone who is going to be supportive and help with cooking, cleaning and preparing clothes, someone to ask her about her days and if she's tired, and the man is just coming and going and you don't like the behaviour?
