Just a word, to help you with your videos. After you show each section, always do a complete pull back. This so, we can see the full view of everything. Always pan slow, when going up and down, especially when it comes to your highlights. The house is lovely I don't like dark floors. Yes, colors are very important to me. Loving creams bone beiges and black and whites. Closet space and storage space. That's very important to me, especially if theirs no basement. See my house now has a, big attic and a big basement. I'm not use to seeing houses without those things. When buying something, I'm thinking, something family will have enough space latter on, as people will grow into. Sorry but, I'm always thinking ahead of situations, like global warming. Thats why I would prefer something like, a brick house. Something more sturdy, just considering weather conditions. Builders, please consider planning better, it is a must. Always consider giving customers, a flat backyards. Then at the perimeters, consider water run off's, pitching it to not cause problems for someone else. Another thing is, I got to have space for a pool and hot tub. Also for some cook out space, for gatherings. Sorry I took the platform, it was important to me. I have nice day. 🙏
I love the positioning of the stairway and coffered ceilings in this one. The. chevon floor pattern in the laundry and main floor master bathroom is nice. Beautiful home with lots of natural sunlight! Using the Glass dining table in the narrow space to not make the room feel smaller is always a good idea. The fireplace is gorgeous! The height, the built-in shelving, the decor 💕 Interesting kitchen backsplash.

I really love this house and the lay out love the extremely high ceilings and the windows are long and set low love the decor but would have to change the color to a more kid friendly color. Upstairs omg it’s beautiful
