Brent, Rick and I flew over Zion National Park in 3 gyroplanes. It was one of the best flight I made. Enjoy spectacular scenery. You can see some of them only from slow flying gyroplane.
Shit man!!! This gotta be your best production ever!! My respect!!!!!!! Questions: if you please... 1-Known is that crosswinds are not an issue for gyros. Are mountains wave and rotors the same? 2-I got only 1 single ride in a gyro years ago and I was kind...disappointed. Too much vibration and the radio :( terrible. It seams that you have a Spanish gyro, if I'm not wrong. In that tandem configuration far away from the engine, is the stick vibration less and the radio static also insulated ?
Zion is spectacular! Amazing showcase as always Henry!! Any special requirements to fly over being that its a national park? BTW... Ended up selling my Revolt... Flying a super Cub now, but with doors on both sides I absolutely love it! Thanks for the flight!!!
Trikes are great when it is calm, mostly early in the morning or evening. Advisory Circular (AC No: 91-36D) said pilots are recommended to fly 2,000 feet above ground. Mainly it is for noise abatement and wildlife protection.
