W jetpack being vaulted. Fun to play with and I enjoyed it. But basically made rotation decisions in endgames pointless. Whoever had the jetpack wins. Nice that decision making is important again and that's more enjoyable for me personally
good riddance to the no skill players that ran and ran with the jetpack just to get into fights like a mosquito and finally being eliminated with the unibeam
@@zero_fwxhja not really, squad games tend to lead to at least one person without a jetpack due to the early on and consistant nerf to jetpack spawns.

W EJ! The game is much better with jetpack gone. I feel like its back to be being more of a skill based game, rather than peops flying around with lock on weapons. As you say, the fact pretty much every other item is more viable now shows the postive impact of vaulting them.
Jake, I'm 100 with you on that. jet packs made things lopsided for those that weren't able to utilize them . Again bro your commentary is underrated. You have an insightful and educational way of helping those of us out that night be struggling to get over that next level of getting better in the game. I crave the Zero build spectating videos. Jetpacks were a true "skill gap" item. There's already a pretty decent skill curve to the game, but jetpacks made it exponentially harder for those on the lower end of skill and much better for those on the higher end.
I think the jet pack was a fun item to have in the game for a while, but when an item is as defining as the jet pack was, it should only be in the game for a short time. Making choices on items and playstyle is part of the fun, but with the jet pack in the game, you really had no choice, unless you wanted to make things very hard for yourself.
If Jake spectated me, he'd just see me having too much of a blast with the chainsaw. XD It's so fun seeing players panic seeing A Goat with a chainsaw charging at them. XD

@@IslandboyWes surprisingly, I won just about every fight against people using a shotgun against me. The ONLY fights I lost were either to another chainsaw, or War Machine's Arsenal.

I defo win less without the jet pack. I never used the spammy items but it helped you get out of the 3rd party situations that seem to be more of an issue now. Chainsaw/war machine and claw third and fourth parties are so annoying. Takes me about a week to adjust to big changes. I’m old. 😂
As a controller player with bottom buttons, the jetpack was so good. It was definitely unfair though, and endgame without one was basically a death sentence.
I was a little disappointed that Jet packs were vaulted. Since I've noticed I've gotten more wins solely based on tactics and gun mechanics(aim). I think it needed to happen like you've stated it's massively nerfed all the marvel items. Now I'm reluctantly glad they were removed.
The way my buttons were mapped the jet pack didn't work for going up at first idk why but i hated it after that. Even when i noticed it fixed one day I was like it's a matter of time til it's gone. Now that it's gone it's so much more fun
I like the vaulting of the jet pack personally. I like using ARs and shotguns instead of cheese items. Without the jet pack it makes my current play style more viable. The jet pack was fun and useful but I like the change of the game since it has been vaulted.
I'm kinda glad they removed the jetpack. Now people can play without worrying about people circling around flying circles around them. Without finding one your game becomes way harder fighting someone that knows how to use it.
I miss the jetpack but it really did need to be gone. It was absolutely broken movement the whole time it was in the game and widened the skill gap WAY too far if you were fighting people who were already so much better.
I would love u to spectate me 😂. Like im good but not that good. Im really good in solos but it also depends on whether the really good people are on.😊.
Yeah. Back in September they disabled it. I don’t believe it’s a permanent thing, but I really miss being able to spectate friends. Was fun and educated me a lot on gameplay.
8:02 i like them (Ironman gloves) because of the lockon feature during team fights. Could you do a last tier weapon/item list? Especially for those of us with aweful aiming 😅
Jetpack being gone makes me sad. The pacing of the game slowed down tremendously. I think the ironman gloves are what really caused people to hate the jetpack towards the end. Outside of that it was fine and the skill gap was a player issue. It takes like a minute to learn how to do the jetpack dash and like 1 day to get it ingrained in your movement without thinking.
