Redundant only to those who are experienced... I myself started detecting in November and only have an entry level machine. I have been comparing the Etrac to the V3i, I have to admit I did not understand the V3i but this video really helps and makes a good case for the V3i... I really like it!
I would love to find a video that shows the patterning of that 3 hump graft, when clad Canadian coins are ran under it. The composite of our coins is nothing like the US coins. Ares are more akin to Euro coinage. I thought the V3i ...the "i" referred to international, more like Garrett's Ace detectors Ace 250i, 300i, 400i....etc.
For a platinum ring which my son lost in the grass of my backyard. Am I looking for the blue / top bar on the pinpoint mode ? Or does platinum need another setting ?
electric fences and hidden fence from dog control wired homes bother this thing to no end i know getting them turned off is the best answer . is there anything else i can do to stop this interferance ??
Do you think we'll ever see an update on these machines? First Texas has been running a mail in upgrade program for their F75 and T2 models, and many people did not mind shelling out that $300 for good programs. Seemed like a win-win. Many of us would like to see the embedded tracking software sped back up closer to what it was on the Vision and V3. It seems it was backed up a bit too far. Personally I'd like to see the peer to peer data transfer brought back and the PC dongle developed. Let Minelab try their lawsuit. Don't seem to be going well with XP.
hey, im looking for detector to be used in an mountainous area with a lot of hot rocks, its going to be used to find, mostly gold objects, coins, treasures..which one would be better for me? White's v3i or Tm808?
Its really to much programs .. not practical for many people’s, need something turn on and go for hunting, could someone tell me what is de max showing deep for a coin size abject in this device?
I don't know if you still own this machine, but if you do a google search for V3i Magic program, it boosts the depth further than any combination of settings found so far. Be aware that it will cause the VDI numbers to be off, but you can also reassign the icons to different VDI numbers as you refine the program
my first md was a coinmaster and i liked it.... but i never more will buy a White's product cause the afterselling is nothing less of terrible. Not assistence at all they replied me contact your reseller when this is disappeared. my old machine i selling in ebay now defected it give false signal in air too so it is garbage now. I bought a gofind 40 and i near to buy an Equinox 800 White's machines can be good when new but after start giving problems and they dont know what mean the afterselling.

I gived the serial but got no reply, i posted a reply in white's cooinmaster in youtube and no reply now the machine is for selling like faulty in ebay now too late for do something.
