Thank you so much, this channel is really great, do you have or could do a video on the differences of effects of rep speed in general, both fast and slow? Especially or specifically on athletic performance, and things like strength, power, endurance, speed, strength endurance, strenght speed, ect.

I do fast up and down slow, i feel like it's better than "pumping" like in a dropset yes but in a normal workout it doesn't work for me at all

Mr Dane , at 5:32 you said to incorporate this practice twice a week and for upto 12 months to see changes in your bench press strength gains .Wouldn't that be a kind of over training to workout twice a week and continuously for 12 months without a break , and if you suggest to cycle this training , then how ?? Thank you for this helpful video .
