Speed mounting a moving head on a speaker stand

One of my roadies did that trick of making the speaker stand a little bit taller, but it's weird. I won't recommend it, because you can get a lot of torque (~force) on the speaker stand, if you accidentally push it sideways, you may break your speaker stand...

doing that to the stand makes it a LOT weaker and may just slide down and fall. the small legs should be 90 degree to the large legs. look out !!!!

I think the speaker bracket you are showing is the EB9760 I could not find a weight capacity spec. Any chance you have that information?

Excellent. I have 2 355z in a similar flightcase. Was agonising over global truss sizes and cost. Got a question - How stable is the setup especially with the moving head in action? Does the pole not move about a bit? Thanks

Do you have to drill the attachment? The attach i bought has no hole for the 3 holes ok m my bracket.
