One important point - the "Show Clip Keyframes" option is not visible if you have "Show FX Badges" disabled. I usually do have that disabled, because the FX badges don't really serve a purpose for me, and I don't like the extra clutter in my timeline. To turn FX badges on or off, click the "Timeline Display Settings" wrench tool under the timeline's timecode display, then check or uncheck "Show FX Badges."

I have a problem..pls help whenever I use premiere composer. When I place a premiere composer transition over a 50% opacity layer, transition won't play smoothly.
Would you know why all of a sudden while editing a video today, that’s been fine all day and then Premiere Pro randomly starts becoming super laggy and when I click on things it won’t highlight them, when I highlight an area to delete that section out it won’t do it, the playback bar won’t move if I drag it, etc. I’m gonna delete media cache files bc I’ve never done that. Maybe that’s why premiere pro stopped working on my MacBook too. I’ve tried everything on the Mac and it just won’t even open premiere pro anymore so I gave up. But my gaming Pc has been fine up until 30 mins ago.
Premiere crashes without locking up completely. It just stops doing things it should normally do. Often, just save, close Premiere, and reopen. Sometimes helps to dump the cache after the save/close/reopen move. Search youtube for how to do this. I think its because the person's arm was not in the same position at the transition point so it jumped - perhaps better alignment of movement would make it better!
Yea sadly not the best, especially because of the jump cut in the middle of a "smooth speed ramp". You can either get something to be smooth or jumpy.. not both
