Speed run racing fun with some fpv. Arrma Vendetta 6S, Infraction 8S. Limitless 8S and 6S, Vendetta stock, Traxxas X01, Traxxas 4tec 2.0. Traxxas 4tec 3.0 Supra
The Vendetta and Infraction were both 100+mph
Will have to put those 2 up against each other for a future video. The Vendetta on 6S is so quick and fast. Hopefully I will get the 8S Limitless sorted out. I've got a TP motor ready to drop in once I feel comfortable boosting the KVs. It will be a 150mph setup after that. Stay tuned

Yes it is for sure. The tires were bald and it still hit 100+ mph and can be geared up even more. I expect 110mph - 115mph geared up. Thanks for the comment🍻

I am working in my vendetta now. I have stock motor 3660 and stock esc 100amp. I installed a 44T spur w/Slipper eliminated and a 32T pinion. Still Mod08 gears. I keep having LVC issues. Should I just install a 150amp ESC throw in 6s and try it? I think the gearing I have is making my Esc hit LVC all the time. So I haven’t been getting clean runs. I did all the other mods you can imagine also. All alloy everything. Motor mount, control arms, driveshaft, shocks, axles, ceramic bearings. Carbon splitter front side rear and rear wing carbon bar wing. Stock tires. I want to hit over 100moh in the stock Esc. Any suggestions?

I think your gearing is too high for 100amp on 3S or even 150amp on 6S. From my experience since that video, I installed 47t slipper eliminator and 30t pinion.. Not only was the car hard to handle but I ended up blowing 150amp esc.and never got any clean passes. I would recommend the stock 51t slipper clutch and 28- 32t pinion with 150amp ESC on 6S for best high speed results. That 100amp ESC just isnt capable of 100mph in my opinion. Hope that helps

Are you using the stock slipper clutch in the Vendetta mine went out

Yes. But I only do occasional speed runs like that in the vid. The slipper really can't handle any bashing on 6S. I prefer running it on 4S with my setup. I did have to adjust my slipper after the first time I ran it on 6S. As a last resort you can use the slipper from a 3S model and fit the available metal spur and aluminum slipper plates and drop it in the Vendetta. The spur gear won't be the same teeth as the the Vendetta so it will be a little slower.

No gear mod, just stock 50t spur. It was a 28t pinion in the vid. I've since put a 30t on it with no issues but I can't see a 32t fitting without some type of modification

Rips on 6S but I would only recommend for speed runs. With the 150amp ESC and stock motor, I like to rip it and bash on 4S. And do occasional 6S speed runs. You will strip the spur gear quick trying to bash on 6S... atleast I did. The slipper may have issues on 6S also.

Haven't had it long. It packs so much power and amps. Had some batts catch fire when I was mild speed running. Don't know exactly what happened and I was able to get them out of the RC before it caused too much damage. Anytime something doesn't feel right I just shut it down afraid of another bad episode🤣 I'm going to tune it and hope for better luck when I get it back out. Thanks for watching

They are all fun but for me, 1. 8S Infraction🎯- fast, capable, versatile, durable 2. 6S Vendetta🔥- close second... really impressed by its performance
