“Speed is your friend” is something Cashy has been saying a lot lately and in this moment I finally see this friendship fully blossom. Thank goodness for the GPS feature on our GoPro that tracks her speed! She’s so comfortable at high speed it’s quite wild to try and follow cam her. I suppose I asked for this being I tell her all the time that snowboarding is a lot easier the faster you go.
It’s a weird contradicting mindset but it’s the truth. It’s really that same way across a lot of sports. Nicks Uncle who is a car fanatic says “Never Lift” meaning don’t let off the gas. Our good friend Parks Bonifay says “When in doubt, throttle out!” So it seems to be fairly known that speed is in fact, your friend!
You all have been saying it for awhile now, that we soon won’t be able to keep up with her. We just didn’t think it would happen this soon lol. Poor Nick, with his blown knee, as you can see here, he is doing his best to fight through the pain to keep up. So here we are, fighting every run to try to keep up with our little speedy and we wouldn’t have it any other way!
