really nice video are you from Germany? are you selling the lid for the oil pump and the insert for it? Im rebuilding a euro 1 speedfight ac block i modified it to disc brake and added a hpc crankshaft I removed my mechanical oil pump because I don't want to ruin my cylinder for once it might fail. I drive with the oil mixed straight into the fuel 100ml on 5l fuel another reason was that I was afraid of performance loss because the pump was connected to and driven by the crankshaft. I'm using the Oil pump lid as a cover right now. Are you sure that the insert will help the performance?
To get the bearings out of the gearbox, just heat it with a blowtorch or hot air gun. The aluminium heats up faster than steel, so it will expand. Then just hold it upside down and give it a tap with a small hammer or such and the bearing will fall out.
The middle part (diam 20mm) is not centered between the 6mm holes but if you set that 20mm boss to center (zero) point you have one 6mm hole 18mm from center and the other 6mm hole 27,5mm from the center in the other direction.
sorry I didn't write that down (somewhere in my memory the numbers 6202 and 6203 are flying around) but check it please. Even if there aren't any numbers stamped it's just to measure the bearings, they are common ones that I'm sure of.
