Thanks! I have personally crashed 2 times and I absolutely don’t recommend it. But with a lot of training you learn to calculate your distance to the ground and how to position yourself so that you always have a chance to bail out. When I fly I’m in like a meditative state of mind and I don’t feel fear or get scared. Just 100% focused on what I’m doing and nothing else. 😎🤘🏻

Thanks buddy! Love the colors to 😜 The license for tourists is a little complicated in Norway. If your home country has a compulsory training and/or licensing requirement for flying a speedwing and you have this you can also fly legally in Norway with a valid insurance also. If your home country do not have this requirement then you need to get a license to fly legally in Norway. For example if you live in Switzerland you can fly a speedwing legally if you have a paragliding license. And then this rule will apply in Norway also 😅

Hey man! I actually started directly with Speedflying. Here in Norway Speedflying is an own sport and regulated with license just like paragliding and skydiving. So we must take a course and get license and insurance. But you can also convert from paragliding or skydiving with a different course to also get license for speedflying.

Depends on the model and size of the wing and conditions and the flying/piloting. But highest recorded speed I’ve had on my current wing (9 square meters) is 156 kilometers per hour. (97 miles per hour)

Thank you friend! Speedflying for me is all about getting from the top to the bottom as fast and spectacular as possible. To fly epic lines close to the terrain in get the feeling of mastery and control. You can get lift and do soaring on cliffs if you have strong winds and that is also great fun. It usually takes me about 2,5 minutes to get from the top of a mountain to the bottom (1200 masl to 0 masl) But I have also spent 2 hours in the air by coastal soaring
