Tbh i like seeing this just wish we could’ve got this sooner like this should’ve been the arc before we got final version of reverse flash like having us deal with the pain of losing Eddie to where that fuels RF to hate barry more and the show never uses that as a reason Also they should’ve really capitalized from Eddie might be alive somewhere else and he hates Barry for taking his life and make it to where he doesn’t want to kill Iris but he loves her as well she is Eddie lightening Rod as well

Could be onto something. Savitar had the philosopher's stone, which allowed him to gain connection, to communicate and to establish control. The same way this blue crystal allows the negative speedforce to access a person's body and gain control.

Okay what if the Speed Force returning is actually Barry's mom from that night. Maybe in another instance, the Speed Force took over Nora right before her death, so Nora with all her memories of Barry because the moment the Speed Force itself was first born. Would explain why the Speed Force took the form of Nora !

I thought it was just me, yes I think I have a more developed theory. Speedforce descended to earth, took the form of his mother and transferred her powers to his mother, sending her to the Speedforce dimension and his mother becoming the new Speedforce

My theory is that when Original Nora died she got sent to the beginning of the universe by speedforce Nora. Then she got brought up by speedforce Nora and becomes the speedforce Nora, and the timeline goes as normal. Then sometime later speedforce Nora, learning about the timeline, figures out she has to go back and train Original Nora to become speedforce Nora. That creates a timeloop where there is no original speedforce Nora, and the creator of the speedforce was the future speedforce. It would be cosmic

if i were the showrunner of this now-trash show, i would restart the whole season again, and with big changes. first of all, i would make team flash bring back Caitlin, with khione deciding selflessly that it would make everyone happy. Barry would talk to mark about frost's sacrifice, and he would leave team flash (because no one really likes him). Next, Caitlin would finally understand that she can't bring frost back, and move on. she would take a break from star labs for at least 2 episodes. meanwhile, iris would start showing signs of pregnancy. and Barry would suddenly vanish (this is where the whole reverse flash arc would take place) then, when barry returned, he would also return with the cristal, which also brings back eddie. eddie would be furious at barry, blaming him for causing him to shoot himself, and he would get revenge by taking everyine barry loves.

Malcom Thawne is Barry’s twin brother, its just some drunk ass doctor gave Malcolm to the other parents, then I believe he was in the thawne family but then malcom finds out who his actual parents are and about barry.
