The beautiful thing about Speedplay cleats is that there is nothing *to* adjust. At most you can move the shoe mounted portion around a bit to push more off the forefront or the balls of your feet, but it's all a personal preference once you get them on and test them out on your first ride. Try them on a trainer first before hitting the road. Speedplay cleats are the best and will save your knees for when you're old like me.
