Speedruning matter in the most inhumane way/1 item (deathless) - Item Asylum

So I got this idea of soloing bosses with 1 item, you can choose that item. Decided to go with Matter first since it quite simple. This challenge doesn't necessarily be a speedrun but it sounds cool.
If you want to do this by yourself, here are the rules:
-Follow the bosses pre-set blacklist (no death note, America, pact, etc)
-You can't just get an upgradable item/direct spell. If you want it you must get by the item you can upgrade.
-Must 1 item only in all of your lives.
-It doesn't matter if its deathless or not, just kill them.
