The first time I watched The Ring was soon after its release on VHS tape by myself on a afternoon because I was too much of a coward to watch a horror movie during the night with my family. Some time after the movie ended there was a quick power outage and when the eletricity came back the CRT tv turned on by itself and all you could see on the screen was static. I tried to keep calm, but when i pressed the turn on/ off button and it didn't work I was pooping my pants. I pulled the power cable and the tv finally turned off. It was such a bad coincidence.
LoL. I remember watching The Grudge at a friend's house (it was a sleepover) so I woke up in the middle of the night to that weird gargle noise the grudge girl made in the movie so I nearly crapped myself as well because it was total pitch black night. I scrambled for the light only to find my friend sleeping with his mouth wide open and when he breathed in it made the exact gurgle noise from the movie
In the ring game John has the funniest last name. Brad. His name is John Brad. Also about salad jelly, it's not impossible. I once purchased a mint jelly and mint is leaves. Salad is also leaves. I'm not saying it would be good but it is possible that someone could make a tasty salad jelly. Figured someone should play devil's advocate for what has to sound like the worst food I've heard of.
Also the passing out thing reminds me of Corrector Yui, an old mahou shoujo anime where the MC has to connect to the software and she passes out when she transfer her consciousness. So the passing out between realms isn't that alien but when she just does it from office world to office world is just yeah
