Looks good 👍, I know the floor wasn't prepped to pro standards ( i use to do commercial epoxy flooring ) but I think it looks great and it probably feels good to get the floor looking nice. Forget the perfectionist internet trolls. I had a friend do his the same way you did and his floor still looks great 6 years later.

You should have cleaned and filled the cracks before you painted the floor.

Sorry to say that the Home Depot and Lowe’s floor epoxy kits contain mostly water and thus are very thin after applying to the floor. Only way to get the better product is to have the pros do it. Machine Sanding the floor first is a must.

Hate to pile on, but your floors are going to peel and peel a lot. You can't just paint concrete like that.

Oof didnt acid etch, clean, or repair the cracks… itll look worse than it did by the end of the month…. DIYYYYYYYYY
