How does this Speedy Link compare to changing to using a Code 5 programmer?

Will it work with a ge motor. I just recently order a new speed sensor and high speed magnet to speed up my 02 cc ds. To my dismay these parts are for a different engine manufacturer and there is no high speed magnet that I'm aware of for a 48 volt ge IQ engine. Will your product help and will it eliminate the rev limit or and the regeneration braking. If so I'll order one and if it works there is probably about a hundred guys in my country club that would want one as well. Any volume discounts
