This one of the coldest, if not thee coldest, episodes along with coach wolf. Spencer Haywood is a treasure & a bank of knowledge..that Winning Time series on Showtime exposed him to alot of youngins but this will be a greater vessel of exposure for the OG. Much respect & admiration to Mr Haywood...the atrocities committed against him was pathetic. I wish Moses Malone & Wilt were still around because those would've been an ill interview. Shout out to Kareem for standing with that brother...we need a kareem intereview asap. You can see how much this interview flamed KG's fire & his love for the elders of the game. He always gave the elders respect.

An excellent opportunity for Kevin Garnett to hear Spencer Haywood share his experiences and also to insert his own back-story at the same time... I'd like to add that Julius Irving also bought into David Stern's outlook regarding self representation in the polishing the NBA. He was/is a very insightful person. Salute to you both! Legends!

Respect to OG Spencer Haywood. Shows how slow, backwards, the south is/was this man legally picked cotton no f’n way. To hear about Jimmy Walker who is Jalen Rose’s pops, mike storm who is hannah storm pops (I always wondered how she made it to where she’s at now I know 😒…). KG this was incredible.

This is why I tell this younger generation there was to many great players that got done wrong and stats got not counted on purpose, A lot of players from those days had to deal with racism and a list of other things. Learn the history of the sport and respect it because it will make you a better Athlete and a Debater
