I'm a full time Realtor in Murrieta, California. My husband Chris and I moved from Orange County to Murrieta in 2009 and married shortly after. I'm a "boy mom" to Joshua (5 years old) and Bobby (3 years old). Our 4th child is Zoe ~ our border terrier. Hi Betino. Thanks for commenting. Yes, the prices keep going up. We actually need to update our Heritage Lake videos because those prices have gone up so much too even in Menifee.

Is Spencers crossing with Menifee School District still? That is why I didn’t buy there. Property tax high and you don’t benefit from Murrieta School District. If you want to do a intradistrict transfer Menifee School district doesn’t cooperate. I am not sure now if this is still like this? I guess what part of Spencers crossing is Murrieta School District?

Hi Roses and Thorns. Check out the 12:45 mark where we talk about schools. We learned about Baxter Road as a north and south divider for Menifee and Perris School Districts to the north and Murrieta to the South. We don't know much about the transfers beyond hearing about how they do happen. Apparently a variance needs to be applied for and approved each year.

Schools are a tough topic but we always refer people to greatschools.org for ratings etc.
