I’d definitely stay!! Moving is so much hastle and such a cost! Even the impact it has on your time is a cost.. I understand about a change of scenery but i’d direct those thoughts to your future home and wait it out. You have travel and work opportunities in the mean time to scratch that itch. I would stay where you are Freya, and focus fully on buying your dream house in the near future, it’s not worth it to distract yourself from that goal by renting another place which not only will probably cost you more overall (financially and stress wise in terms of moving), but also you might end up somewhere you don’t love as much as the flat you’re in now 😘

Moving is so much stress and like you said there are so many hidden costs. Maybe your dream house is right around the corner. Everything will fall into place 🩷

I would stay! In my experience, I have done the same. You’re in a place that you like in and area that you like, you will save money or break even minus the stress.. don’t make an emotional decision just because you feel like a change! Once you buy your house you will have the change you are craving and you will appreciate it so much more ❤️

Hi Freya, regarding your moving situation...it depends how you feel. I personally would wait until I found the home I really wanted then move. The cost and planning of moving and the work reassembling furniture and styling a space you won't be in for that long would be a hassle for me but that's just my opinion. Good Luck!!!

Hi Freya, Moving is sooooo stressful. I say stay put until you buy a home. And moving is expensive. No on the denim dress and no on the beige top with the belt. Yes, on the short sleeve jacket, so cute. That said, how about moving home for maybe a max of 6 months. Save your money for the down payment on the house? They haven't fixed stuff in your apartment, or have they? Ask your parents what they think. They have your best interests at heart. By the way, where's your papa? He usually shoots with you. Hope all is well.❤❤❤

Loewe Puzzle in tan packs a punch, plus more secure as the Picoton doesn’t properly close:). Better to focus on finding a home to buy instead or trying to find a place to rent. Unless you plan to buy in a completely different area, and renting there could be handy for house hunting. Interest rates will start to level off later in the year, potentially.

From what I've learned, don't move to buy unless you're in love with the place. If you like where you are and money isn't the issue, stay. There's nothing worse than living in a place that you don't love, and that includes location. Moving is a pain in the butt, but if you're actively searching, something WILL pop up for you eventually. Patience is kind of key to find the place you love, but when you do....JUMP on it!

idk if this applies to your area, but AirBnB hosts will sometimes be open for short-to-mid-term rentals. They are worth asking to consider if there is a place for "normal booking" you would want as a temporary living space for the in-between from now to buying. Maybe put your larger stuff into storage or something for the time being, too?

You are right, the expense of moving tends to add up to what you are trying to save! If u truly want to buy a home, just stay because it will keep your focus on getting your home 🥰🥰🥰 here in the states, it’s the same issue with high rent and house purchase prices! Trust I understand, I’m staying out because we are paying below the rental market rent and any mortgage here in my state

Darling, I have been in your situation and I couldn't understand you more 🤗. Personally I would stay where you are until you find the right property to buy. This year and next year are the right time to buy so I would rather focus on keeping an eye on the buying market. The more houses you go and see the more you learn and understand about properties. 💗This is my advice: Stay were you are and go and see as many properties, similar to your requirements, as you can! So you can gain knowledge and experience💗

I recently discovered you! I love your content...and the way you explain it. I feel as though I know you. Thank you for all the work you do to produce your channel! The short sleeve blazer is so brilliant. PS here's a tip for you to stop the rub on your sandals. If you can get moleskin with a sticky back, you can cut a piece (slightly narrower than the sandal strap) and stick it to the inside of your sandal strap where it rubs. It will stop the friction and be invisible on the outside. Hope you try it!

I personally would tell you to stay put. Something will come up and then you’ll have one move and your done. You could hate your new rental and then buy a house you hate to escape. We’ve held out and now found our dream house! One move and we’re done! And we have three kids to move 🫣

Honestly, I wouldn't want the headache of moving. I would stay and move one shot when I've bought my house. If the whole house situation takes more than a year then yes I'd move and rent somewhere else ideally better or cheaper than what I currently have just to be happy about something because moving is shit. Hey Freya! I think you should stay at your current apartment and keep your eyes on the prize, which is to buy a house. I feel like you will add a lot of extra stress to your life otherwise, the stress of finding a new apartment, organizing and paying for a move, and all that for a place that is only temporary. You should spend your energy and focus on finding the house instead, even if you feel a bit bored with your current apartment. I live in NY and have been in the same apartment for 8 years, and that's how many years I have wanted to move, lol!! It's just impossible to find an affordable apartment in my area and I need to stay where I am for the kids to be close to their school. I keep dreaming of the future and make the best of the present in the meantime ❤

I'd stay where you are for the sake of 6-9 months. I imagine even updating companies you work with of new address is a pain in the a** and that's just one job if you do move for such a short amount of time before you end up buying. If you hated the flat then yeah, give notice. But you say you like it. Just look forward to the home ypull buy and be excited for. Time will fly by. Never smart to rent. Your money goes to someone else. Stay until you can buy if you can afford the place. Moving is expensive and extremely stressfull. Since you say the rental market is difficult too it’s a win-win to stay.
