In September 2022, I enrolled in a pastry course at Le Cordon Bleu. It's been a long three months, but here's a small snippet in what is a basic chill day at pastry school!
We get to take all of our treats home

@@chefdave2910 maybe it’s different here in the states, but if you’re making min wage as a pastry chef or baker… you NEED to find a new job lmao.

@@mongoosebuddy Out of culinary school you will be paid minimum wage for years. Even if you move up to salary you will get paid less than the cooks due to the hours your are working.
