You’re not wrong when you say physical exfoliants break you out. They’re so bad for your skin! They create tiny little cuts in your skin that allows bacteria to get inside. The AHA or BHA one are “chemical exfoliators” which sounds scary but they are great for exfoliating the skin! (Learned all this from Hyram) ❤️

I am a mom of three and I have to tell you, since watching you... you have inspired me so much that I have changed my entire lifestyle for not only myself, but my children as well. I suffer from PCOS as well and really bad digestion problems. Since getting to the bottom of it, I found out I’m allergic to many food. I eat clean and work out 5 days a week. My hormonal acne has cleared up. My digestion is so much better (thanks for body bloom by the way 😉). I have always been a smaller person, but recently really have seen my body transform by sticking to the things I have taken away from you. ❤️ I am 1.) a better mom and 2.) I feel so much better. Thank you, Sarah. You have been my biggest motivator. I haven’t felt this good about myself in years. You are the best mom and such an all around big hearted human with such a sweet soul. I look forward to all your insta stories and RU-vid videos.

Omg I love watching you and seeing your family adventures and memories! I feel like I’m about if the gang! But side note...it’s not good using vitamin c on your skin when you plan on being in the sun at all. It’s best using it at night. It can cause photosensitivity if used during the the day!
