I dont take HRT, its not something I ever want to take, I just eat a diet thats good for peri menopause, it really helps! Glad you are feeling better xxx💞
Hey Ria, happy mothers day. Glad u are feeling much better and binks. I have been on patches and hrt gel. Neither have gone well. I get seem to get migraines with them. I didn't apply any yesterday to see if its the gel giving me the migraines. Im only on 1 pump. I have been taking fabu shrooms peri and meno vitamins and they have helped me much more. Love the nails x
I'm choosing to not go on the HRT route Ria at this point..like another lady said in the comments.. going with supplements, good diet and exercise. I'm a bit scared of it as I've got a strong family history of breast cancer and my mum was on HRT for years then she got cancer. Not sure if it was that or not but it's not for me at this point. I have read it helps a lot of women though so good idea to ask about it. So glad Binks eye is looking better. Your nails look fab and your ring. Ria honestly get lemon & ginger tea from twinnings it’s lovely!!! It helped with my sickness I was having a few weeks back. It should help with your stomach etc. I leave it to brew for around 5mins

I'm 50, blonde and let's just say 3 years of breastfeeding actually have me a big bust, so I'm terrified of looking like mutton dressed as lamb. Although my partner would soon say if he thought that. I used to have beautiful long hair but when I entered my 40s I got it cut into a bob. My hair now is just above my shoulders and cut like Anthea Turner's. It's all very subjective as I have friends with long hair and they embrace their age....but bottle blondes can look a bit cheap with long hair, especially if someone is like me and wears full glam make-up every day. BUT, we are all different and see ourselves in different lights. Ria you're a naughty girl, you didn't show us your haul. I say blooming well done papering yourself.I wouldn't have the b@lls to even try it. And yet again showing us what a kind, thoughtful, slightly bonkers mum you really are!!!! I loved the gifts from the cats. Mind you, my partner is 52 and he has no children and on father's day, his dog Katie gets him a father's day card and a bottle of wine.
