Vitamin B12, B- Complex (its best to get the shots of these two than the tablets) Multi Vitamin tablets and Vitamin C for the eye bags situation. So a Vitamin C serum will do, you don't exactly need eat more of it.. and then finally, exercise & clean eating ❤

A physio put me on magnesium glycinate for muscle tension, but I realised it also helps with bowel movement and sleep. I take iron supplements during my period. A doc also once put me on Vitamin B complex when I was complaining about exhaustion in uni and it did wonders (but I’m picky when it comes to brands) 😅
