I would say full sell all the short term pieces. Try and trade 2 of the firsts++ to Montreal for yours. Try and get something for Pavs and whoever else is on short term contracts. The season is lost, there is no point in trading to try and get a 1st round exit. You have prospects that will be coming up in the next couple years, don't go for it too soon.

This is a pretty clear blow it up situation. Fully understand the Huberdeau restrictions, but with a bit of work, you should be able to move almost every other piece. Send it to the moon and work towards the future

All your patrons should ask to be enforcers and grinders one franchise. Bring back 90s hockey where the bottom 1/3 of the league skill wise is there to punch faces.

You have to get the first back. Maybe offer Flordias 1st, a roster player and a 2nd. If you can get the first, ship out everyone and just tank. Flordias first because in the actual NHL there is conditions on the 2025 pick and it involves flordias.

@@winkletown8828 it’s just a way to give back to my paid members. They get to add themselves as prospects and potentials are randomized. It’s a fun thing I don’t do for every franchise mode. I’ll be starting one with default rosters soon if that’s more your jam. Not sure how it’s cheating though, there’s literally a setting in the game you can turn on to make the generated draft classes way better than this.
