U can tell quis was use to quitting no matter how hard he tried, he never had somebody he could prolly fail and someone tell him he could do it no matter what. He gave up and his confidence prolly was at a all time low, then fredo and the trainer were actually there for him letting him know, no matter what, he can do it and they were gonna stick with him and not give up on him. He must’ve felt good and even better when he finished the challenge. Much respect to all these 3 men💪🏽💪🏽
