No, because every time that you buy a container there is the 0.05% of get the tank. So every time you have to "try your luck". There will never be a conteiner in which the tank is 100% garanteed. You can also never got the tank, even after 100.000 container ( it s really rare, but still possible )

not sure if youre saying this because you've sold them as well and cant get them back, but just to be sure, you can get those vehicles basck. you can send a ticket to WG to get back your tank for how much you old it for(so like the sheridan sells for 10 gold, you have to pay thr 10 gold back to get it again) and the ticket only takes a few hours to process(2-3 in my experience), but yeah me too XD
