You should get his info and meet in the middle every other week or whenever he gets a load together to sell. you could cut in on that before he ever gets to the flea market. Do a ton of bundle deals with him. I would guess he wouldn't have a problem doing it as u will pay and he knows you are good for it.

Awesome video! I'm on 'vacation' in AZ, normally in TX (you might remember me as cfoonmute, or cfo on mute). I am actually here once a year for a treatment I volunteered for AKA 'trial treatment group' LOL. BUT My family has a chance to vaca and I keep a cpl days to source for biz (aka thrift, craft). So far, I've just been researching the ROLO (woo-hoo), I won/bought on your last auction & am finding out how cool thermal printers really are; as well as doing a little sketching. AZ looks so different from Texas, I can't help but attempt the green & desert landscapes.

How do you guys track COGs? I see all the big hauls and wonder if you log them all by date and a total spent for a grand total of items, then little away at that total till you break even and hit profit till all items are sold or redonated? Then you do another haul and repeat the process??? A video explaining how to simplify all this would sure be a welcome sight :)

We don't track individual items. Whenever I get cash for the flea market I mark that transaction as cost of goods sold. We just track the total money we spend each month, not the cost of each individual item.
