I’ve talked about the ischioanal fossa somewhere - probably in the faecal continence/anal canal video. I might have talked a bit about the pudendal nerve and blood vessels in a couple of pelvic videos - possibly the bone & ligaments one.
I banged what i think was the spermatic cord against the sharp part of a table and my right Testicle and scrotum swelled and turned blue. After ultra sound, none of the doctors at an ER could tell me what was wrong. I just went home and it healed naturally after a couple weeks. That was over 13 years ago. Fast forward two weeks ago. I’m in my car parking and move my leg barely and feel a pull and sting around the area i hit 13 years ago. Basically near the pubic bone. My right Testicle Is swollen and so is the spermatic cord. Not sure if it’s serious or not. Urologist Says it’s not cancer. Maybe hydrocele? Who knows...
Hello Sam, on an anatomy exam would you say testicular vein or pampiniform plexus, also. I dont qet the differens between spermatic cord and Ductus Deferens, is ductus deferens running "inside" the spermatic cord? And thanks for helping me through Med school!
I think we’d accept that the veins draining blood from the testes that run through the spermatic cord could be called testicular veins or the pampiniform plexus of veins. The ductus deferens is the tube carrying spermatozoa from the testes to the prostate gland. It travels within the spermatic cord when it runs through the inguinal canal. From the inguinal canal to the prostate gland the ductus deferens is no longer within the spermatic cord (the spermatic cord is made up of extensions of the layers of the anterior abdominal wall, as is the scrotum).
How can I calm down my cremaster muscle? Is kinda hyper active all of the sudden when I'm sleeping and pulls op my right testicle into the groin or pelvic area. Doesn't hurt but is annoying. Any solutions?

I discovered today that next to that vein I have something hard in my testicle like a hard rice grain. and cancer? did you have that too? do you have a swelling as small as a grain of rice on the left side of the right testicle near the epididymis? please reply!
It might be the tail of epididymis the bottom part of epididmys connected to spermaticord..feel like round lump firm/hard and smooth...thats normal..do not confuse it for lump..
HI SAM i went a week ago on open inguinal hernia surgery and now i got a lump on the same spot where it was hernia before. What is the problem? My balls aren t swollen but i think maybe that sperm channel is swollen or is it water? What you think
