Welcome back! Thank you so much for watching. Today I’m sharing a spicy chicken and veg stir fry recipe. It’s absolutely delicious and a favourite in our house. It can be had at lunch or dinner.
Please note the measurements of spices can be adjusted to your preference.

Ingredients:
2 packets of stir vegetable
1 packet of medium egg noodles
200/250g of boneless chicken breast (cut into cubes)
2-3tbsp soy sauce
2-3tbsp siracha sauce
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 1/2 tsp black coarse pepper
1 1/2 tsp red chilli flakes
2 tbsp sesame seeds
Method:
1. Add oil to a large wok/pan once the oil has heated up a little then add your chicken fry until golden brown.
2. Remove chicken and put aside now add your vegetables to the same oil and fry until slightly soft.
3. Add your chicken to the vegetables and fry together for a couple of minutes until any water has all dried up.
Remove from the heat and prepare your noodles.
4. Boil noodles (refer to the packet for cooking instructions) and add them to your chicken and vegetables. Add your spices, soy sauce snd siracha sauce and mix altogether.
5. Finally add sesame seeds (can also add spring onions at this point but my kids don’t like them so I don’t add them) and it’s all ready to serve!
