Spicy Chicken Sandwiches | | Spicy Chicken Croissants
Makes 4 servings
Marination:
Chicken roughly cut 200 grams
Yogurt 1-2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Lemon juice/ vinger 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
Oregano/ mix herbs 1/2 tsp (optional)
Bbq sauce 1 tbsp
Mix everything and keep aside

1 tsp finely chopped garlic | garlic powder
4 tbsp mayonnaise
1-2 tbsp chilli garlic sauce
1 tbsp hot sauce
1 tsp mustard sauce
3 pinch salt
3 pinch black pepper powder
Mix taste adjust use
Now stir fry the chicken in a pan with 1 tbsp oil
Keep chopping the chicken once its cooked
Add thinly sliced onions, capsicum, Cheese slices/ grated cheese
Sprinkle mix herbs, red chilli flakes
