Had this last month in Houston and the Drunken Lobster is literally one of the best Asian Fusion dishes I’ve ever had. Im dreaming about my next trip there.

I remember my first time having crawfish sitting on a dish. I was like 6 or 7 and we were at a restaurant at a covention center. I got spinach with potatoes and egg and they had put a crawfish on it, I don't know why. I asked my dad to eat it bc "I don't want my food looking at me" xD nowadays I would just eat it myself

The barbecue and the crayfish pho are my favourites, with the lobster noodles the runner up, l envy those of you guys in Houston living close to these amazing places and get to eat them regularly, l would if l lived over there, but l'am from the UK so l can just dream about it.🤗😋

Am I the only one who loves seafood in almost all varieties ... but mudbugs just aren't to my taste? Lobster (any type), crab (blue, king, whatever), fish without exception, even conch or barnacles or mussels ... but not crawfish.
