A tasty Lasagne recipe with a few Indian spices for a little kick.

Tip: use no boil lasagna sheets.
Ragu
3 tablespoon oil
1 medium red onion finely diced
1/2 red pepper finely diced
1 small carrot finely diced
4 minced garlic cloves
500g mince lamb
3/4 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon Kashmiri chilli powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 cup water
250g chopped tomato
300g passata
2 tablespoon tomato paste
Fresh parsley
Bechamel sauce
50g butter
50g plain flour
400ml milk approx
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt
Layer
1) Little bit of Ragu
2) lasagna sheets make sure to cover whole area
3) bechamel sauce
4) Ragu
5) fresh mozzarella
6) lasagna sheets
7) bechamel sauce
8) Ragu
9) fresh mozzarella
10) Lasagna sheets
11) bechamel sauce
12) Ragu
13) grated mozzarella
In the oven on 190c for 45 mins. In the last 10 minutes remove foil.
