Ingredients:
1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 mango, peeled and diced
1 small tub of heavy cream
2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
1 teaspoon green peppercorns, crushed
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
1 dash soy sauce
Instructions:
In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the shrimp and cook until pink and cooked through, about 2 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Add the mango, cream, sweet chili sauce, green peppercorns, garlic, and soy sauce. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened slightly.

Tips:
If you can't find green peppercorns, you can use black peppercorns or crushed red pepper flakes instead.
